Roomy Design Organizers is seeking a dependable, enthusiastic Machine Operator to join our growing team. We specialize in producing high-quality melamine parts for custom closet systems and distribute materials wholesale to vendors.
This is a full-time, on-site position at our facility in Apopka, Florida. The work schedule Mon. - Friday we have two shifts 1st shift 7am - 3:45pm, 2nd Shift 11:45 a.m. – 8:30p.m. (EST).

What You’ll Do
- Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently
- Load and unload materials in the production area (up to 50 lbs)
- Measure and cut materials accurately using standard and metric systems
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Support other production tasks as needed to meet team goals
- Follow all operational procedures and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- A positive attitude, dependability, and strong work ethic
- Basic understanding of production machinery or willingness to learn (we train the right person!)
- Comfort with math and measurements (standard & metric systems)
- Ability to read, write, and speak English (Spanish a plus)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- High School Diploma or GED required
Bonus Skills (Not Required)
- Experience with computer-based machine controls
- Mechanical aptitude or prior factory experience
